- Does Shyne Jewelers require a signature for delivery?
- Yes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address where someone can be present to sign for the package.
- How often is the inventory updated?
- Our inventory is updated weekly and is reflected in our online catalog at www.shynejewelers.com
- Does Shyne Jewelers ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship internationally with a flat rate of $75. Please reference our link on Shipping for more information.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Zelle, Shop Pay, Partial.ly, ETC
- Does Shyne Jewelers offer jewelry appraisals?
- We offer appraisals upon purchase as well as after the fact. To inquire about appraising a piece through us, please reach out at info@shynejewelers.com or call our showroom at 215-454-2929.
- Is it possible to change an order once it’s been placed?
- Yes, your order can be changed after being placed as long as it has not yet shipped. To update an online order, please reach out at info@shynejewelers.com or call our showroom at 215-454-2929.
- How long does a custom take to make?
- If you want to order custom jewelry from Shyne Jewelers, it will take us 2-3 weeks from the time 50% down payment has been made.
- Does Shyne Jewelers offer same day repairs?
- Yes, Shyne Jewelers offers same day jewelry repairs in Philadelphia depending on the type of repair.
- What are Shyne Jewelers’ showroom days and hours?
- Shyne Jewelers showroom is open Monday-Friday from 11AM-7PM, and Sunday from 11AM-6PM. We are not open on Saturdays.
- Can you pick up an online order in person?
- Yes - please contact us to let us know you would prefer to pick up your order, or note in order notes upon purchase. The pickup address is 339 South St Philadelphia, PA, 19147.
